Ladies and Gentleman and the man with the lazy eye in the corner, it's announcment time

Hello Folks.
Boy it sure has been a while since I posted a blog post of wordyness and that phrase made no sense so moving on.
I have an anouncement.
Obviously.
I will be migrating to my other blog which can be found via my profile. my thoughts via the internet. Thats its name. It is there where I will... erm.. Expose my soul to those who will be willing to read. That again made no sense. So if you want to read my thoughts as they are currently processed. But I have a favor to ask of you readers, if you are still out there.
tell me if I should delete this blog.
Yeah.
So bye.

World's Best Pair of Pants (And Updates)

Right now I'm wearing a pair of what may the best pair of pants ever. They are very comfy. I love them and have named them the world's Best Pair of Pants.
Yeah I'm that geeky.

But OhMyCod it's been a bit since I made a legitimate blog post, but then again my life has been been So very busy it's not even funny. Plus the whole laziness comes into that factor but enough talk about that.
So far.. Summer is over. My School year has begun. I want to rip my hair out due to my current loss of sanity from all the homework and stress, yet it's only been a week and a half. Oh yeah, the leaves are changing to lovely shades of red and orange and yellow and that dead brown color. Ah Fall.. You just never not seem to surprise me. I love you Fall.
But as you can see, I already have developed a hatred of schoolwork, esspecially math. My math teacher is a really nice lady but she can be so darn strict about homework and such. I think I almost cried alittle during class today because I didn't add the corrections for the problems I did wrong on my math homework from like two days ago.
Sigh.
Moving on to other things.

I know that Nanowrimo is two months away(sorta of) But I've already started planning out somethings of my project. I have a  goal this year to atleast write 10,000 - 30,000 words of what could be a novel.
So far my plot involves magic, romance(obviously), ADVENTURE, and some wackyness that only I could invent and not look stupid(possibly) and girls with colored hair that is blue or purple or pink but you get the idea. It's urban fantasy since I'm into that at the momment with the City of Bones and City of Ashes and all that Mortal Instruments goodness. -has become a Cassandra Clare fan and is not ashamed-. I'll have to do a book review sooner or later. Maybe three in a row, if I'm in the mood.
Hopefully my year will get better.
And I'm sorry I'm being such a whiner. Next post whenever that is, will be less whiney and more Me I guess.
Love

I'm Not At Hogwarts Sadly

It's September 4nd and here I am sitting in my house watching television like an average teenage girl. It's a new Tv, a birthday present for my dearest Dad. He deserved this new flatscreen tv alot.
Yay

I wish I was at Hogwarts right now.
Really I do.

But school time is basically around the corner for me. It starts on Wednesday and I'm sort of excited because I'm tired of being on Vacation. My sister (pictured below in what is possibly her best photo EVER and I mean EVER)
Wait.. This is Fancy Cat. Not My Insane yet semi-lovable sister. But it represents her pretty well.

My sister has been driving me nuts and I have been driving her the same amount of nuts in return. It's been a long August.
Well I guess with school coming up, I'll be more focused on schoolwork so I have a plan to work on my plot/characters/etc for Nanowrimo during September and October so that I can just write more during November than plan the book. I think I might do a series of blog posts on Nanowrimo and the process and how I'm doing.
I also feel I am in a creative slump. Suggestions for the blog would be mucho appreciated.
And finally sorry this blog post is so scattered. My mind isn't exactly in blog mode.
I PROMISE THINGS WILL GET WORDYER AND MORE INTRESTING SOON.

p.s. I still wish I was at Hogwarts and not waiting for Hell to begin. tis only a pipedream.

Jogging And Jogging And That.

Last night I went jogging/walking with my mom last night. We went to the local college with my sister, who spent most of the time running, so we didn't see much of her. Unless you count the end of it our little trek around the college campus.
Anyways, I actually had alot of  fun because I got to do two things I kind of love. Listen to music.
And walk.
I don't walk much, which I should do more often because it's actually relaxing and I get to exercise. Both very fun.
But the reason I wanted to write about this, is because with going back to school coming up so soon or back to school already here, the college students were slowly returning to the campus. Infact there were some in one of those buildings I believe was a dorm building.
The group of students were doing this dance in the hallway of this building. And there was a large window-door so both my mom and I could see them.
The dude who sat and watched them must have been entertained deeply, because I know I was. And I hope there was music playing.
And that's my story of the day.

Bored: A Short Film

Yesterday, I was bored out of my mind after doing some lovely Truck Washing Bonding Time with my Dad. Yet I was all alone in my bedroom, with a camera, a internet acessable computer with editing programs installed, and alot of free time on my hands. So I got to filming. And editing for a few hours (It takes long when you're trying to convert video files to a certain video format blah blah blah etc).

And Thus Bored: A Short Film was born.

I must confess that I had had this idea a few days earlier and it had been floating around for a bit. But then again, I am sort of pleased with the finished product. Infact, I showed it to my Mom before uploading it to Youtube and she loved it.
So I hope you all enjoy it too.

p.s. For the comments, tell me how you struggle to cure bordum

Bran Hambric Is Not Cursed (Review)

Title: Bran Hambric:The Farfield Curse.
Author: Kaleb(Kalip) Nation
Release Date: 9/9/09
Publisher: Sourcebooks

Summery From Goodreads: Bran Hambric was found locked in a bank vault at six years old, with no memory of his past. For years, he has lived with one of the bankers, wondering why he was left behind- until one night, when he is fourteen, he is suddenly confronted by a maddened creature, speaking of Bran’s true past and trying to kidnap him. Bran finds that he is at the center of a plot which started years before he was even born: the plot of a deadly curse his mother created…and one that her former masters are hunting for him to complete. Haunted by the spirit of his mother’s master and living in a city where magic is illegal, Bran must undo the crimes of his past...if it's not already too late.

When I got this book about a year or so ago on my birthday (Yes My Birthday), I was sorta of, kind of, thirlled to bits. I did a little happy dance and squeeled like the fangirl that I am. I had been looking forward to buying and reading this book since the day I heard about it. Having watched Kaleb Nation's videos and hearing about this book it took 6 years to write. I was amazed. And I was inspired to write. Write. Write. Read some books. Write again. Drink Some Tea. And Continiously Write. And then possibly loose my percious and very small ammount of sanity. But yet my sanity is still kind of here... I think.
And now here I am, a year later, and now I am progressing slowly to the ultimate goal.
Which is a book written with my own original ideas and plots.
But Now I'm here to review a book. More about my writing life later for another post where I can just gush and gush about my stories and characters. Such fun.

So we are introduced to this fourteen year old boy named Bran Hambric, who pretty much appeared in a bank vault one day without any sort of explanation at all. Could it be magic? Or just some sort of twisted and evil fate brought onto the banker who found Bran in the vault, Sewey Wilomas.  But just before Bran awakens in a Bank Vault of all places he could have gone, we see a fatal conflict between Bran's mother Emry Hambric(who is a criminal by the way) and a woman who remains unnamed until later in the novel.
There is also this guy Clarence. But you'll find about about Clarence's fate if you read this book.
Now the plot of this book is like watching someone's pathway or destiny be discovered through a course of multiple events(many magical). The theme is choice. And Bran makes choices that affect him in good and bad ways.
I personally think that Kaleb, not only because it took six years to write and plot out and create this book, works very hard on creating the most intresting characters. Like Mr.Rat and his magical stationary. Or Polland the Gnome who does not like taking off his hat at all. And then theres Bran with the Criminal Mother and the unfinished Curse she left behind and those bad guys in black who want Bran (Not in a weird way, I assure you). This author took his time, developing the characters. One point to Kaleb Nation.
Also two of my favorite parts of this Book in the entirity(if that is a real word), is the City of Dunce with it's rather ridiculous laws. Like seriously. The person who finds an Orphan is bound to them until time ends or untill the end of time or whichever comes first. If I was forced against my will without any recongnition of that law, to become an Orphan's parent's. Esspecially if this child is horrible like that Dursley child whose name. The other favorite part is Sewey. I am Team Sewey. He's so funny. I like Sewey.

On a art note, Do you not love the Cover? The Colors are just so..soo... PRETTY. The dark blues and the nighttime atmosphere. It is probably in my top ten favorite covers of all times.  And then you have the character Bran, clutching his glowing crescent moon necklace and the bad bald men with the black van trying to corner him. The Cover itself shows that this book is full of action and twists and turns.
I reccomend this book. It is funny and yet serious in that Young Adult Novel Way that only so few can pull off.
Read it. Or an Army of Ten Thousand Gnomes will hunt you down and attack you with Magicks.

p.s. Bran Hambric The Specter Key comes out 10/10/10.

HOLY FUDGE, I Won An Award

Well this is kind of a shock but I won my first blog award today. It's called the Summer Blogger's Award and I was awarded it by Ellie from Musings of a Bookshop Girl. Her own blog is actually really funny and it makes me wish that I lived near that shop but I'm fairly positive it's in Britain and I don't live in Britain sadly. If I did live in Britain, I think I would be very happy because Britain has loads more independant Bookshops then where I live. Then again, I pretty much live in my local Library and My Local Borders where I get the vast majority of my books from. I'm even planning to save up my monies so I can have a little fun in that Bookstore. Hehehehe...
But I digress.

Sunrise, Sunset. Sunrise Sunset.
Isn't this award pretty?
Like seriously, I kind of adore it now. It's got a picture of the shore, which is a favorite place of mine and I keep imagining that little person in the picture is me, watching the sunrise in the morning. Which if I was actually at the Beach like I was a few weeks ago, I wouldn't be up that early. I would be dead asleep because Hello? I would be on Vacation.

So I've gotta give this award out to four rocking bloggers and leave a comment on their blog saying that they won and then leave a link to this post and suff. That is the rules. This requires actual pondering, doesn't it? Well awesome because I think I think I've got four nerdtastic bloggers to award with this blog. I was almost about to cuss but I must keep my readers minds pure and innocent(Which I know they aren't) .
And the winners are...*rather impressive drumroll inserted here*

I just like this girl's blog. Especially the design of her blog, it's just so darn pretty. She's also a great writer and I love her work. Read it or BE SHUNNED FOR LIFE
I found this blog through the lovely website named Fanfiction.net. She is a kickass writer, her cupcake recipes are fabulous, and I think she just deserves the award.  She is also publishing a book that used to be a Fanfiction which I did read and it was brilliant. Read this Blog.
It's a hilarious blog. This woman is funny, and I heard she wrote a book that is being released to the world, the big world full of enthusiastic book lovers  who will welcome this writer and her first book with open arms. She is a good writer and It's Fun to Read. BUY HER BOOK AND READ HER BLOG.
It could be possible that I just pick this Blog and Blogger because I love the title of the blog and the way she rates a book. But in all due perspective, I like this blog. You might love it too so check it out.

So those are my winners and I would go post a comment on their respectable blogs right now but it's late and I'm alittle tired. I'll do it anyways because I know I will forget and then this post will be worthless because I'll remember in the middle of October and that would make me look silly. Even though I am silly alot.
Next blog Post Shall be: Book Review.
Farewell friends.

Bree Tanner Has a Short Life.(Review)

As you know or may not, I am a Twilighter.
And if you cannot understand what a Twilighter is or basically live in a hole or are basically illiterate then stop reading now for you have a serious mental condition that should be treated and should not be reading my blog as much as I love when people besides me actually read it.
But I digress.

Bree Tanner is a girl, who if you didn't know is a newborn vampire who was created to be apart of a newborn vampire who plan to attack the Cullen family and Bella Swan, who will hereby be refered as Human Pet in any blog situation from now on
When Bree Tanner was introduced to my reading loving eyes in Eclispe, I just thought she was a silly newborn who was smart to surrender. I was kind of busy imagining myself in the movie as her because that would have been really cool, so you can tell I didn't pay much attention to the character and her small role in the book. I was also more focused on what was going on between Eddie who will now be known as Sparkles, and Human Pet. Plus the Fabu Cullens. They are pretty cool.
Anyways..
Enter the Second Short Life of Bree Tanner, which is a 178 page novella, pretty short but full of awesome.
And during my two hour period of reading, I realized just as many people who read these Twilight Books, that Bree Tanner is a completely different perspective from the old whiney "Why won't you change me?" "I love you forever and ever and ever so please do the nasty with me" "I want you even if it's dangerous because I like danger and blah blah blah" "OW I CUT MYSELF! BLOOD IS EVERYWHERE! KEEP JASPER AWAY" that has grown into Bella's mind. It's got this lovely thing called personality and we get to see life of a type of newborn vampire who although is more humane and intelligent than her "colleagues" are. Infact her "colleagues" are the common newborn vampires, you know insane with thirst, incredibly violent and strong and not good looking because their faces are ravaged with thirst and more anger.  Lovely little monsters if you ask me. Bree is alot like the newborns  but  she has a possibly more stable mental setting. She can think straight but it takes a few minutes to process.
There is also this dude named Diego. Diego, is what most Twi-hards would immedietly call Bree's Love Intrest. And yes I agree their would-have-been love would have been intresting to see.  But so-far out of all of the characters in this book I like Diego best. He's smart for starters. He kind of understands this new life he's been given. He's also funny. And Hot. He's like my secret prince charming who will come rescue me from the clutches of my evil stepparents who just happens to be funny, insanely hot, and SMART. THIS MEANS HE MIGHT ACTUALLY USE PROPER GRAMMAR AND SPELLING IF I WERE TO TALK TO HIM ONLINE! I wish he was real.
I like Diego.
Now as I finish my little ol' rant on my non-existant prince charming(he will appear one day), I gotta finish up the review.
BUY THIS BOOK GOSH DARNIT. BUY IT AND LOVE IT AND READ IT AND NEVER GET RID OF IT. IT DESERVES FIVE FREAKEN GOLD STARS BECAUSE IT GIVES A FRESH POINT OF VIEW AND IT"S THE POINT OF VIEW OF AN ACTUAL NEWBORN AND NOT BELLA SWAN, WHO IS PROBABLY THE WORLD"S DULLEST NEWBORN EXCEPT FOR THAT ONE LITTLE TEMPER TANTRUM ABOUT JAKEY-DEAREST IMPRINTING ON HER NEWBORN INFANT!

What the Hell is a Hufflepuff?

Currently Listening to: Erin McCarley and Elvis Costello
Mood: Poetic and Philosophical
Wearing: My Badass Green Nerdglasses with No Frames
In the Mood for: Writing and Music

Wow. It's been a while since I last blogged. I'm bad at this.
But I got some news, some rants, and a little fan girl reactions. So I hope you five followers of my blog are prepared.
Well I went to the shore as I stated in my last post long ago. It was a hoot. I went to the movies, saw Grown Ups which was Brilliant, ate some Awesomely tasty ice cream, and sniffed books (Which is now my new favorite odd habit). I also went to the beach obviously and DID NOT SUNBURN HOOT!
I have a short history of burning badly because either A: I did not put on enough or no sunscreen or B: The sun likes making me feel uncomfortable.
Either way I somehow survive in the end, feeling uncomfortable but alive.
Also I sat around the beach house that my parents rented, surfing the web, listening to music, and of course reading blogs and books and such. The only suckish part besides the house being suckish in general, was the fact that the TV did not work. The owner had to go out and buy a new TV, had to stop by and drop it off. The poor woman must have apologized five million times from what my brother said.
Anyways, I had a grand ol' time at the Lovely Jersey shore and now I have returned safely home. Since I have returned, I have finished the Summer Prep program aka Summer school, Slept in, Listened to new Music, Got A hoard of books and Cds from the Library(which is my Second home), and Saw a Very Potter Sequel. This nerdy girl is now obsessed with Harry Potter.
I just started getting back into the world of Wizards and I gotta say I missed it. I wasn't always a mega fan, don't get me wrong. I was always a fan. Whenever the books or movies came out, I became a fangirl, gushing on and on about the topic but then it died down and I went back to normal.

Now I am starting to get into the Fan parodies, WizardWrock, HP fanfics, and all that fun stuff. I still love Twilight but lets face it. Twilight has nothing new going on at the momment. Yeah Breaking Dawn is comming out But EVERYONE KNEW THAT BY NOW. Unless Stephanie writes a new Book about the Vamps or a New Series(that could possibly involve Mermaids and a fantasy world Map from what my sources say) then I'll be pumped up again about that Vampire Writer Chick.
I guess the Popular Trends or fads in my life fade in and out. The only thing that stays strong and should stay strong for the rest of my life is Books.
I've also noticed that this blog is getting some readers now. This makes me happy and maybe one day in the far far future I'll have a fan base and a best selling book series. It will happen one day but for now a girl can dream. Ya,
I think I've ranted enough for now.
So my final words shall be my fav quote from a AVPS.
"RedVines. What the Hell Can't They do?"- Ron Weasely
Peace.
Owl.
